To de-stress, I like to talk things out with my husband or a trusted friend. It helps me 'process' what is bothering me. I also recently started yoga and found it to be VERY helpful in relaxing. It was so difficult at first just to sit still! I still have a hard time calming my thoughts so I can focus, but I am getting better.
